Brilliant service again, thank you. So polite and pleasant on the phone when calling the 20 minutes before arrival at Bristol Airport and when leaving the baggage the hall. Prompt car pick and drop off by well mannered, reassuring drivers. My girl friends have taken a note of Diamond Parking Meet and Greet as they haven’t received this service by other companies, and if travelling on their own, they want a peace of mind experience.

I have been booking with Park and Go for years now, and the last 5 times I’ve used Diamond Parking Meet and Greet who have always given a great service.

Good, friendly service - But some feedback - If you were holding a "Paddle" like a tennis racket with your company name on when I drive into the area it would be easy for me to see you - there was so many people around it was hard to spot you. Plus I've already booked again for Oct, but some sort of loyalty scheme would be good - I still have to arrange another airport drop in Sept - any discount would be appreciated. You book it, call them when you get there and they do the rest. It is that simple. This takes the fuss out of parking your car and it is excellent value for money. Staff pleasant and I cannot for the life of me work out why silver parking or any other parking for that matter, even exists anymore. I will certainly use again. It is an excellent service.

Drop off was perfect waited only a couple of minutes. On collecting car the meet & greet and drop off zones were extremely busy and had to wait a while and on hindsight could have been told to stay in undercover area until car was near drop off zone when a call could have been made. Overall great service with polite guys.
